What is the Best Price Guarantee?

We are so devoted to offering the absolute best prices on Interfaith Ketubahs that, if you find the same Ketubah for anywhere else on the Internet at a lower price — we’ll match it! Read more about our best price guarantee here.

    What is a ‘Personalization’?

Because the text of a Ketubah is like a contract, when we send it to a couple, the Ketubah will include blank spaces for information like your names, location, date. The Rabbi (or whoever is officiating!) will then fill in the information by hand at the wedding. However, some couples do ask to have that information filled in ahead of time to match the calligraphy and style of the rest of the Ketubah text. The only thing hand written would be the signatures.

Do your prices include shipping and handling?

Our prices do not include shipping and handling. But we take pride in having the most reasonable prices. As we stated before, if you see a lower price anywhere for the exact same Ketubah — we’ll match it!

What kind of paper are your Ketubot printed on?

The most common material Ketubahs are printed on is the Giclée Fine Art Print, which is a cotton blend paper with pigment based ink process to re-create prints with a specific focus on color and texture. However, each artist offers various types of paper materials and printing styles!

What size will the Kebutah be?

Similar to material options, each artist offers varying sizes. While some artists may have multiple sizes to accommodate all price points, other artists may offer only one specific size and do not have the ability to be very flexible. However, usually this occurs only for papercuts as the complexity of design and cut leaves little room for alterations.

    What texts do you offer?

As the web’s only Interfaith Ketubah site, we offer 100% Interfaith texts! Depending on the artist you choose, they will have a specific set of texts they offer for their designs. Among the artists listed on our site, texts range from Interfaith only, to Interfaith Same-Sex, as well as multiple languages.

    What is the Rush Fee?

A Rush Fee is a standard for any Ketubah order placed within 3 weeks of the expected delivery date. As each Ketubah takes a lot of time and energy to make absolutely perfect, any Ketubah placed within that rush period requires the artist’s full attention. Generally each artist applies his or her own fee and when it comes to a rush order. For example, some may not offer personalization, while others will but add an additional fee. If you fall within the rush fee, it is best to ask ahead of time to be 100% certain!

What do you need from me in order to create a Ketubah?

Non-personalized Ketubah: All we need is a shipping address, and that’s it!

Personalized Ketubot: We will need your text preference and the details for your text — names, place, dates, etc.

Commissioned Ketubot: We can set up an interview to hear about your dream vision of your Ketubah — your interests, backgrounds, themes, and anything else that you would want to include!

What is the difference between a standard and a commissioned Ketubah?

The standard Ketubah is our pre-made option: Most all of the Ketubah on our site can be customized how you would like. There are tons of options for colors, printing materials, sizes, texts and more!

The commissioned Ketubah is a gorgeous work of art made specifically for you by our team of artists — we will conduct an interview to find out your exact vision for your Ketubah. From art styles and colors, to different cultures and ideas, we want to make your dream a reality!

    How can I contact you?

Will my Ketubah look exactly like the design on your website?

Due to normal variations in digital and printing colors, some colors may not look absolutely identical to the shade you see on your computer screen. However, not to worry! These colors will be substituted with printer-friendly colors that look just as vibrant and wonderful as the ones you see on our page. When it comes to the designs there will be no noticeable differences on your printed Ketubah.
